White Silo Farm is a small specialty winery. Their wine is produced and bottled on premises from farm-grown fruit. Purchased as a family farm in 1985 and planted with raspberries, blackberries and rhubarb, the winery opened in 2000. The original dairy barn, built circa 1780, was renovated and converted into White Silo’s tasting room and production area. Walk the fields, relax in one of the winery’s gardens, visit the fermentation and corking rooms, then enjoy your Wine Flight for Six Guests and a delicious platter of cheese with homemade membrillo mustard.
